Business Overview
Culinary school provides workshops for coffee and wine-making.
Before Covid, there were lots of culinary travels organised but when Covid hit most of the activities needed to stay on hold. The company rebranded and we started from scratch again. Meaning, brand awareness was the main focus.
We hosted 2 coffee workshops (6-8 attendees per event) and 1 wine workshop (16 attendees per event) every month. The average cost per booking is EUR 70.
Based on the market 2 years ago, coffee was booming and we picked up the barista workshops. Lots of home baristas were eager to learn from a certified SCA barista and it showed in the bookings. Coffee workshops were fully booked 2 months before the actual workshop and private ones were also requested.
The owners decided to halt the workshops recently due to the commitment required for other projects. Even now, with the workshops being on hold, we still have requests coming in on our contact form.
