We plan to purchase at least 3 eCommerce brands which will then be rolled up and taken public. The investor would receive an return on their investment through shares in an IPO within 6-8 months of acquiring the brands. We have option contracts with all the brands but they have yet to be acquired. Leadership team includes someone who has personally built, bought, and sold over 10 eCommerce brands. Another founder has already taken two companies public in similar sectors. The CFO has held COO and CFO positions at Nasdaq companies. Financials mentioned are the combined financials of the companies we plan to acquire. We have a robust pipeline of eCommerce brands that are on the ascent that feature owners who will stay on with the brands post-acquisition to ensure they keep growing. IPO funds will be used to scale existing brands and acquire new brands. Our contracts can be structured with brand owners to be part paid upfront, and the rest contingent upon 12-24 month projections to ensure brand owners remain invested in the day to day operations. Considering the amount of oversubscribed eCommerce IPO's we figure that this is the correct path at this time.
