We operate as the dedicated consulting/advisory division of a diversified renewable energy group with 20+ years of combined industry experience, spanning EPC owner's engineering, voluntary carbon credit consulting, project development, and project management — giving clients access to a broader technical bench than a standalone boutique consultancy.
Our group has completed 362 projects totaling 2,743 MW of cumulative capacity, with a 92% success rate on licensing and permitting applications — a track record our clients draw on directly when engaging our advisory services. A sister division within the group has separately generated 15.9 million tCO2 of voluntary carbon credits.
We serve energy investors, power plant owners, banks and financial institutions, self-consumption investors, and EPC companies, across solar, wind, geothermal, hydrogen, biomass, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.
Our service line spans seven core offerings — 360° engineering consultancy, owner's engineering, due diligence & performance analysis, feasibility studies, asset management, lender's engineering, and technical evaluation — supporting clients from early feasibility through construction and operation.
Our current growth plan targets 3–4 storage-focused project audits in Turkey, 7 audits internationally, and expansion of project development and carbon credit accumulation into a new target country — building on ongoing owner's engineering and feasibility advisory mandates already underway with investors, plant developers, and financing institutions in Turkey and neighboring markets.
The business operates an asset-light, professional-services model with a small, senior team of dedicated engineers and consultants, supplemented as needed by the wider group's technical resources and partner firms — allowing flexible scaling without a large fixed payroll structure. Operations are run from a 250 sqm, fully furnished leased office in Istanbul.
The business is self-funded through revenue generated from ongoing engagements, with no outstanding debt or loans, and is owned by 2 shareholders holding 50% each. Current monthly revenue runs at approximately USD 100,000, with reported full-year revenue of approximately USD 1.72 million and an EBITDA / operating profit margin of approximately 14%. As a project- and retainer-based advisory business, revenue and margin can vary somewhat between periods depending on the mix and timing of active mandates, with meaningful potential to scale through additional advisory mandates and cross-sell opportunities with group companies.
The business and its senior engineers hold the relevant professional qualifications, licenses, and certifications required to provide engineering advisory services for renewable energy projects in Turkey.
Our consulting service line alone generates approximately USD 600,000 in annual revenue, complemented by additional revenue streams — including project development and other advisory services — that make up the remainder of our total reported revenue. In addition, we currently have approximately USD 1.5 million in outstanding receivables from active market engagements, reflecting a substantial project pipeline already in execution.
In parallel, an affiliated carbon credit consulting company within our group reported revenue of approximately USD 89,000 in 2026 and approximately USD 132,000 in 2025. This affiliate currently holds a combined credit inventory of approximately 148,000 tons of carbon credits and 1,200 tons of plastic credits — together valued at approximately USD 242,000 at benchmark reference prices — with a further approximately USD 102,000 in locked-in profit anticipated from carbon credit activities.
Taken together — our engineering advisory services, our active receivables pipeline, and our affiliate's carbon and plastic credit portfolio — we believe the combined business represents a meaningfully larger growth opportunity than any single service line on its own. We are seeking a partner who can help us scale this combined potential across Turkey and into new target markets.
Engineering, technical advisory, due diligence and feasibility services for renewable energy projects, serving energy investors, plant owners, financial institutions, self-consumption investors and EPC companies.
Intangible assets include business registration certificate.
