In short entire gamut of DPR & Design Level Investigation of any Industrial Projects in green field or Brownfield, expansion / modernization.
- The company is free from all external liabilities, no Bank & NBFC loan / dues in any form or manner. All taxes / statutory dues are up to date.
- Growth rate can be manifolded depending on resources of the incumbent, company has good reputation in and around the country and on a need base basis out sourcing of surplus contract can be carried out easily as the same modalities are in vogue mainly with objectives as a part of cost-effectiveness.
- Being an MSME Registered Service sector Industries the company is exempted from EMD & Tender paper cost for participation of Tender by all Govt. Dept's & PSU and gets 15% Price preference as per Govt. of India notifications.
- Company has work order worth Rs. 61.0 lakhs in hand and those are under execution and many more are in pipeline.
- The company have large nos. of empaneled consultants / vendors depending on the specialized requirement of an assignment, the services of those experts are retained on a job contract basis. Apart from those the company has a valid Export-Import License.
- Plant & machinery, instruments, goodwill, and title of the ongoing unit will be sold at the price offered and be shifted at the incumbent's preferred location.
The freehold office premise owned by the company is not included in the present proposal & price indicated. The rented Go-down may however be continued depending on the incumbent interest.
