Business Overview
Company has developed a software technology that can be integrated with Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) for mapping and navigation at warehouses. We have been working on this technology since the last 5 years and have tested it at our sister concern's warehouses. We are one of the few companies globally to have developed this indoor automation technology.
Our technology can be integrated with existing AGVs or the buyers can develop an AGV as per our prototype design. Along with the software technology, we would also sell our prototype and hardware equipment.
Looking to sell only the technology and not the legal entity of the company. Business owned assets as a part of full sale include codes of our software, 1 prototype, sensors, machining & testing equipment.
