Assets Description
- Land has no construction nor has it been previously utilized for any industrial / commercial activity.
- 30% of the land can be utilized for residential construction purposes and the remaining land can be utilized for industrial purposes. Permission would be required from the respective panchayat to construct residential properties on the remaining 70% of the land.
- Land is owned by our client's company.
- It is suitable for developing an IT park or industrial area.
- We are looking to sell at Rs. 7.5 lakh per cent. This amount is negotiable.
- At the time of sale, ownership will be transferred through shares. i. e - 100% shares for Rs. 525 crore.
