We were focused on apparel manufacturing and fabric sourcing mostly with a focus on knitwear. The property is situated about 1.8km from Padeniya junction.
The factory building is designed by using metal structures with high security & strength of the building. The roof of the factory building is constructed by Zink aluminum sheet on metal/iron trusses with the installation of a heat-controlling system by using water. The water is pumped & placed regularly to the top of the roof to reduce heavy heat conditions to create the best working environment for inside workers in the factory building. The walls of the building are designed with half brick walls (about 11ft high) with an iron column combination from the foundation up to the roof. The full height of the building is 26’6” ft & 14 nos of exhaust fans (with automatic shutter & variable speed) are fixed in the middle of the wall for cooling the internal air of the building.
