Investment Proposition: we offer investors the opportunity to fund any claim of choice as offered for financing on our website. Due to our "rinse and repeat" strategy of expanding and updating claims over various jurisdictions, we offer financing opportunities that are (a) fixed in size and duration, (b) less capital intensive than would normally be the case in litigation funding. For investments amounts as of EUR 250,000 (upfront) the investor will secure entitlement of up to 20% of total damages recovered or, alternatively, to a maximum of 6x the amounts invested (no cure no pay).
