One clinic, located in a small town of approximately 180,000 people, was certified in 2021 and currently generates around €140,000 in annual revenue, with approximately €22,000 in profit.
Our second clinic is based in a large urban area with a population of roughly one million people. It is scheduled for certification January this year and is the only orthopedic provider in the region. We expect this clinic to more than triple our current scale.
We are currently looking for investment to scale with more franchisee centers throughout Colombia, in regions where no other competitors are based.
Currently, we rent the place and we also plan to do so for future centers.
Each orthopedic center has an inclusive design taking into account the special needs and consists of 11 separate areas, including for instance a reception, consultation, rehabilitation, plaster area, machinery area, etc. The new centers will have a minimum of 140m2.
