The line produces welded and ready cut masks, however, the aluminum strips and elastic needs to be added on manually. The different stations along the line include unwinding station, folding station to assemble up to 4 layers, welding station, cutting station. The production line is operational in the factory but it can be dismantled and rebuilt at the buyer's location by the company. The line will be sold in turnkey condition. The production line has a capacity to produce 12 masks per minute. The line is PLC controlled with Siemens hardware. Software and technical drawings are included in the offer and are free of license requirements. Engineering and technical drawings are available for further automation of the elastics and the aluminum strips.
