We are the exclusive distributors of an emerging electric vehicle brand for 2W electric vehicles and spares. We are distributors for both retail and wholesale customers. Our EV brand is one of the only competent and viable mid-level players in the 2W EV segment. Ather and Ola are in the premium segment and the removal of FAME subsidies has further increased their price points. Our brand and its products thus have a competitive advantage as they are patented, have good cash flow, and have all the necessary regulatory approvals.
80% of revenue comes from retail 2W EV sales and the rest is from the sale of spares. We get about 40-60 walk-in customers every day across our three showrooms in Chennai. All appointed dealers buy both vehicles and spares from us and they have a 45-day payment period.
Our revenue per employee is at par with the industry standards. The high growth in revenue is due to the attractive price point of our models, especially, after Ather and Ola increased their prices.
