Investment will be used to:
• Acquire fuel transportation vessels to support commercial operations.

• Develop long-term commercial relationships with shipping companies, fuel distributors, industrial customers and other wholesale fuel buyers.
• Launch bulk fuel trading and bulk fuel delivery services across regional and international markets.
• Strengthen procurement capabilities through diversified refinery partnerships and an efficient supply chain.
• Implement digital operating systems to improve logistics coordination, operational efficiency, customer reporting and business management.
• Develop a comprehensive Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) framework aligned with international industry standards and best practices.
• Build a scalable operating platform capable of supporting increased trading volumes, future fleet expansion, service diversification and regional growth.
• Expand into bunker barge chartering, ship-to-ship bunkering, emergency fuel delivery and integrated maritime support services as part of the Company's long-term growth strategy.
• Obtain marine bunkering licences in Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda and Panama to support future maritime fuel operations.
• Implement Mass Flow Meter technology during future bunkering operations to improve fuel measurement accuracy, operational transparency and customer confidence.
• Establish strong corporate governance, financial controls and risk management practices to support long-term business growth.
• Position as a trusted provider of bulk fuel trading, fuel logistics and integrated maritime services throughout the Caribbean, the Americas and the Panama Canal trade corridor.
