The authorization can be expanded to include additional product categories according to the buyer's business needs. Intangible assets:

- Valid Argentine Tax ID (CUIT).
- ANMAT medical device import license.
- Valid Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Certificate for medical device import activities.
- ANMAT-approved Quality Management System (QMS).
- Favorable ANMAT inspection record.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation.
- Operational know-how and validated import processes.
- Established warehouse lease agreement (subject to landlord approval and transferability).
- Immediate operational readiness, eliminating the typical 9–10 month licensing period required to establish a new importing company.

The facility includes all mandatory operational areas required by ANMAT, including:

Visual inspection and labeling area.
Technical director's office.
Approved products storage.
Quarantine area.
Rejected products area.
Recall area.

The warehouse is leased and may be relocated or expanded after the acquisition without affecting the company's operating continuity. The company has been funded through shareholder capital.
