- The promoter is a serial entrepreneur, safety & leadership trainer, author and public speaker having 30 years of experience in safety training, overseas education, real estate, retail industry etc.
The project is in Maloor, Pathanauram, Kollam district Kerala now. It is a premium retirement home with the following facilities.
1. Retirement home- 10 independent 350 sq feet villas.
2. Senior care division - for 75 residents - row house -350 sq feet area each.
3. Palliative care unit- 10-bed facility.
4. Guest room for visitors (work in progress) - 8 rooms.
5. 2,500 sq feet Supermarket (started functioning) - for private and public use.
6. Clinic- for public and private use.
7. Mini medical store- for public and private use.
8. Salon- for public and private use.
9. Beauty parlour - for public and private use.
10. Laundry - for public and private use.
11. Caregiver training centre.
12. Caregiver supply service - home-based.
13. Ambulance service - for both public and private use.
14. Physiotherapy clinic- for public and private use.
- The estimated cost of this project is INR 10 Cr.
- We have already invested INR 2 cr on land. The supermarket is already constructed and functioning.
- We are planning to collect INR 15 lakh refundable deposit from each resident.
- Customers will also be paying INR 15,000 plus GST monthly as a service charge.
The investor must invest INR 20 lakhs upright.
In addition, an investor must support us with INR 1 crore for construction. We will be moving phase by phase only.
For the first phase, we need only INR 1.2 crore now.
Once the project is fully occupied by clients the said INR 1 crore will be returned without any interest. , since our marketing is in full swing, the one crore will be taken only in case of extreme emergency. However, investors must be prepared for that. We will be needing at least part of that for the time being. ,
This facility will have 100-plus fruit plants and a well-landscaped campus.
The actual investment will be only 20 lakhs.
For the 20 lakhs investment, investors can be benefitted from 10% of the following.
1. Income from retirement home.
2. Income from senior care.
3. Income from palliative care.
4. Income from guest house.
5. Income from the supermarket.
6. Income from the saloon.
7. Income from laundry.
8. Income from beauty parlour.
9. Income from the medical store.
