Newly Established Resort Seeking Loan in Bocas del Toro, Panama

- Prefabricated design, expected 20 keys in phase I + 2 restaurants.

- Beach, lobby, pools, bars, and event center.

- We are seeking funding for the construction of Phase I (estimated USD 12M - USD 15M build-out).

- Island is worth USD 12.2 in current condition.

- Purchased existing project, water rights, active EIA studies, permits, and all assets from a prior developer who had a health condition.

- The construction duration is a period of 36 months.

- The expected nightly rate would be between USD 450 - USD 1,000 a night.

- Restaurant concepts will be on the water, as well as another submerged and surrounded by existing coral and underwater wildlife.

Nightly stays, food & beverage, amenities, events.

Current tools, land, contracts boating docks, and platforms (which need reengineering).

The facility is located within a 15-minute boat ride from the Bocas Del Toro airport. Each room will be stand-alone, and over the water (like in the Maldives).
