- Our first project is a 4.5 MW AC ground-mounted solar power plant located near a 66 kV substation in Devli village, Kodinar, expected to generate approximately 70–75 lakh kWh of clean energy annually.
- The project is currently in the pre-revenue and planning stage, with the initial concept, development plans, and owned land already in place.
- Our team currently consists of approximately 5 employees working on the startup phase, with plans to create 15–18 direct jobs once the plant is commissioned.
- Revenue will be generated through 25-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with industrial customers via third-party open access or GUVNL tenders, at expected tariffs slightly above ₹4 per kWh. Customers will be billed based on the amount of electricity consumed.
- The business is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) as a Private Limited company.
- Industry-specific licences and permits will be obtained after securing investment and before commencing the relevant project activities.
- Targeting large industrial and commercial consumers in Gujarat through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) under third-party open access arrangements or through GUVNL grid frameworks.
Intangible assets include: Solar project plans and development documentation, project feasibility studies, proposed power purchase agreements (PPAs), and grid connectivity arrangements.
- Planned facilities include a 4.5 MW ground-mounted solar PV plant, an MCR room and control cabins, security fencing, internal roads, site levelling, a 1 km 11 kV transmission line to the grid bay, and associated electrical infrastructure.
- For the 4.5 MW solar project, the promoters plan to contribute approximately ₹5.2 crore (~20% of the project cost). Additionally, the company is raising around ₹2 crore in equity by diluting approximately 10% of its equity to an investor.
- No external debt is currently outstanding. A term loan of approximately ₹25 crore is being sought from bank to finance the remaining capital expenditure.
