Newly Established Yoga and Wellness Retreat Center in Bali, Indonesia

Boutique wellness stays, hosted retreats, private retreat venue hire, holistic experiences and Innayat Academy courses.
Wellness travellers, couples and small groups will use Innayat for peaceful nature based stays, yoga, meditation, healing and personal reset experiences. Retreat hosts, yoga teachers, wellness coaches and creators will use the venue to host their own retreats, workshops and curated programs. Innayat Academy will serve people who want to continue their wellness journey online through courses, learning content and community programs. The project currently includes a 1.1 hectare land asset in Bali.

The investor will acquire a stake in the new company structure that will be established to develop and operate the retreat venue. We recently acquired 1.1 hectares of land and plan to develop the property for future business expansion and operations. Innayat is currently funded through our own founder investment of approximately $400,000. This has been used to secure the land and move the project from concept into planning and execution.

We currently have no loans, no bank debt and no outstanding external debt. We have also not raised institutional funding yet.

The business is owned by the founding shareholders as follows: Oksana Walker holds 10,001 shares, representing approximately 95.24% ownership, and Jody Walker holds 500 shares, representing approximately 4.76% ownership.
