- Currently in the pilot launch and pre-revenue stage; operations commenced about a month ago.
- Clients are at an early stage but are genuine and growing, with 1 active anchor store partner and households transacting through the Noida pilot. Since inception, the business has processed 19 paid orders, generated GMV of ₹8,971, recorded zero refunds, and one household has placed 10 repeat orders within 48 days. This represents proof of the operating mechanism rather than proof of market scale, and the company clearly distinguishes between the two.
Revenue model, built in stages:
- Today: Consumer delivery fee per order, plus a per-order store fee (from month 2 onward), and a GMV-based platform fee as cluster volume grows.
- At scale (3–5 clusters): FMCG brand placements and in-cluster store advertising, once cross-cluster demand signals exist.
- Long term: A cross-cluster agentic ordering layer, similar to the direction Meituan has taken in China. This is explicitly not part of the current funding round.
Promoter experience:
- CEO: 15+ years of D2C entrepreneurial experience, having built and operated a bootstrapped fine jewellery brand.
- MD: 25+ years of experience across strategy, growth, and go-to-market functions in B2B SaaS, EdTech, and cybersecurity; a repeat founder with four prior ventures.
- Strategic Partner: 22+ years of global treasury consulting experience and conducted 15 days of firsthand research into Japan's konbini model.
- Fractional CTO: 12+ years of experience in AI, SaaS, and BFSI technology; transitioning to a full-time role after the funding round.
Business relationships:
- The business is supported by an advisory council comprising FMCG and strategy professionals, along with a brand advisor. These are advisory relationships only and do not constitute commercial contracts.
- Government and ONDC-aligned outreach is underway, including engagement with the PMO and the Ministry of Commerce. However, these are active outreach initiatives and not formal partnerships.
- The business has MCA, GST, DPIIT, and Udyam registrations.
Consumer app — Households build a "Usuals" list (from a bill, WhatsApp list, or past basket) and receive planned, repeat deliveries instead of ordering from scratch each time. It is used by pilot households in Noida; one household has placed 10 repeat orders within 48 days.
Store app — Kirana partners see only their share of a split order and pack it. It is used by the pilot's 1 active Anchor Store.
Rider app — Consolidates pickups across 2–3 stores into one bag for a single delivery. It is used by the pilot's 1–2 riders.
Cluster manager app — Provides visibility across the cluster, including inventory, fill rates, and rider batching.
Usage to date: Since the pilot launched about a month ago, the platform has processed 19 paid orders, generated GMV of ₹8,971, and recorded zero refunds. While these transactions are real, the business has not generated any revenue yet, as the pilot was deliberately operated without charging fees to validate the operating model first.
Intangible assets: These include the live mobile applications, proprietary agentic order-routing engine, brand and trademark, DPIIT recognition, the registered company entity, pilot operating data (including order and repeat customer history), and existing advisory and business relationships.

* Current co-founders' shareholding comprises 51%, 21.25%, 12.75%, and a combined 15% held by advisors.
