- We are looking to sell the following assets of our company:
1) 4 outdoor advertising billboards located in Cagayan de Oro City and Iligan City, Philippines with each billboard size being 240 Sq. Ft. and have back-to-back displays. The total selling price of this asset is PHP 20 million. An average of 100K-200K PHP can be generated per billboard per month.
2) Mall advertising concession and assets of one of the top malls in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. This would include all the advertising space and TVs owned by us in the mall. The selling price of these assets is PHP 3 million. An average of PHP 500K can be generated per month.
3) 50% to 70% share of airport advertising concession and assets of one of the top international airports in the Philippines. Total selling price is PHP 4 million. An average of PHP 160K can be generated per month.
- Sale would not include the entire company, but only the assets mentioned above.
