Franchise photo gallery of a well-known brand that specialises in Iris photography.
We have a gallery on the main shopping strip in Grand Bay, with a prime position facing the beach.
We are also present at one 4-star hotel permanently, and are also alternating weekly between three 5-star hotels, thus reaching our target market at their place of residence during their vacation. This unique setup of cameras in high footfall locations helps us generate high sales with just a team of 3 photographers.
The gallery is leased with a fixed overhead of 1,500 euros per month.
Hotels are paid a commission on sales; thus, overheads are variable.
We pay a % royalty to the franchise on a monthly basis, after deduction of taxes and transportation costs. The franchise agreement is closer to expiration, but can be renewed at the same terms with the new buyer.
From the start of the company, we have invested in increasing our reach with the purchase of camera sets.

Products & Services Overview
In order to service the local market as well as international tourists, we offer two levels of products:Printed iris pictures are produced on-site on photo paper, and digital pictures are emailed directly to customers, which are more affordable to the local market.
We also have a range of up-market acrylic and chromalux pictures - various sizes from 30X30cm to 60x120cm being most popular with our international tourist customers. These pictures are produced in Germany and shipped directly to the customer's house worldwide. This operational set-up facilitates ease in selling with limited logistics cost and a European quality product being delivered with a short lead-time.
We service the local market as well as a large international customer base, including tourists.
