We offer pre-primary programs like playgroup, nursery, junior kg, senior kg, daycare, and other activity centers.
Our daycare business is independent and not under the franchise. We receive a turnover of Rs 10 Lakhs from this alone with a total of 12 children. Tangible assets include all preschool furniture and equipment which are sourced from a high-quality American brand named Littletikes. It includes storage cabinets, playground equipment, toys, bean-shaped tables, chairs, and benches.
Intangibles include both the lease agreement and franchise contract which is paid for the next 2 years.
An amount of Rs 3.5 lakhs is paid to renew the franchise contract every 3 years. There is a total of 2,000 sq ft of fully furnished Rental space in Kurla's prime real estate location, near Bandra Kurla Complex.
It is a 2-floor facility (Ground + Mezzanine set up). The rent paid is Rs 1,15,500 and the current rental agreement expires in 2 years.
The rooms are fully air-conditioned and have 4 classrooms, 1 kitchen, a reception area, a store room, and an indoor play area of around 450 Sq ft.
Each classroom has a seating capacity of up to 30 students, however abiding by the franchise's guidelines the school currently has 10-12 students and maintains a student-teacher ratio of 12:1 in each classroom. - Single owner with no outstanding loans or debts.
