However, we invested so much in our 3rd center but after a year, a problem arose which caused our business closure in the said branch. ROI was not returned in the said center. A few years after, the pandemic struck, in which schools were advised to close down. For these reasons, we were not able to update our business documents and acquired debts from the supposed payables.
