Playschool Seeking Loan in Honiara, Solomon Islands

We cater to toddlers and special needs children. We have tables, chairs, cabinets, reading books, toys, and a medium size indoor playground for infants and toddlers.
Our NGO business name is our intangible asset. We are now renting two facilities, which cost SBD 35,000 per month and can accommodate over 80 toddlers and older children. Both facilities are located on second floor with very limited outdoor space. Both facilities are located in Honiara. The private daycare, early childhood education is funded presently purely on school fees income, we have one newly funded facility to be opened in January but to meet 30% of the remaining expenses which now cost a depth of $137,500 SBD on rental, $200,000 SBD on labor costs for contractors doing renovations, $100,000 SBD to order proper daycare equipment to cater for actual daycare standards. We also have $64,000 SBD outstanding on rental for one of our children's facilities and $212,800 SBD outstanding rental for another facility. Total of $714,300 SBD is currently in debt. Total number of 7 are the school board members with only school ownership for it is a non-government organization (NGO) purely based on better education for children (6months to 12yrs) later to expand to middle schoolers (12yrs to 15yrs) and then high schools (15yrs to 18yrs) and continue to university with the right GPA or trading institutes (all trades institute) this is to properly ensure our kids to find good jobs opportunities and more business entrepreneurs with no more unemployment.
