- We provide Thai director services to 13 recurring clients, registered business address to 14 recurring clients. We currently sponsor a work permit and Immigration extension to one recurring client. We provide monthly accounting services to 18 recurring clients. All in all, we have about 48 monthly customers for recurring monthly support, plus about 15 additional customers for annual permit extensions. We have relationships with two Singaporean, and one Thai company, for whom we provide support for start-up clients that they send to us.

- Promoter has more than 20 years of experience in this industry.

- Our office has 15 work stations. Buyer would get the complete business with licenses, brand, computers, website, furniture, client details.

- We offer various professional services like business incorporation, work permits processing, immigration extensions, immigration re-entry permits, accounting, preparation and processing of Thai BOI applications, Thai employee recruitment assistance, income tax returns, annual financial report, handling company liquidation.

- We do not provide litigation services, but when both interested parties are in mutual agreement we handle divorce agreements, child custody agreements, and condo sales / transfers.

Our rented head office is located on the 13th-floor building with 62 square meters of flooring, 7 square meter toilet, and a small kitchen area, meeting area, parking space.
