Profitable Auto Repair and Service Business Investment Opportunity in Bangalore, India

We are located in a posh Bangalore neighbourhood. We cater to automotive sector. We are the first company to offer end-end services to the automobile industry - Retail, Service, Performance upgrades all under one roof.
The current debt is a Bank OD taken to set up our retail business. We have a retail store and separate workshop to service the vehicles.
Our revenue is derived from activities below.
I) Retail Business - This includes selling of automobile performance parts & riding gear (helmets, boots, gloves, jackets etc)
Ii) Workshop where we service the vehicles.
Iii) Distribution - We are sole importers of a few brands in South India and we sell them to Dealers and different Shops. We also have exclusive Stockist & Forwarding agent for a few Indian brands in South India. We have been supplying these goods to a Dealer network of almost 45 Dealers from the past 5 years.
Approx 40% Revenue comes from Retail, 30% Workshop Service and 30 % from Distribution.
