We specialize in the construction and consultation of commercial buildings, with a focus on restaurant construction.
We plan to acquire a non-operational tea factory, revamp it, and restart operations due to its high potential.
The top-selling products of the factory will be:
Loose-leaf tea – High-quality, whole-leaf teas sold in bulk or packaged.
Tea bags – Pre-portioned, convenient options for quick brewing.
Instant tea powder – Freeze-dried or spray-dried tea for fast preparation.
Flavoured & blended teas – Infused with herbs, spices, and fruit flavours.
Organic & herbal teas – Health-focused options like green tea, chamomile, and detox blends.
Ready-to-drink (RTD) bottled teas – Iced teas and functional beverages.
Private label tea – Custom tea blends for other brands and businesses.
The products will be supplied to tea brokers. The director privately owns vehicles worth LKR 20 million and land with two houses in Gampaha town worth LKR 90 million, totalling LKR 110 million in assets. We are operating from a rented office in Kottawa.
The proposed 1.5-acre tea factory in Kahaduwa has a 10-ton/day capacity. Operations will start at 50%, with an expected turnover of LKR 500-600 million. Has no loans.
