We have 20,000+ registered users on our platforms, without ever having done any marketing.
After initial fundraising of USD 1.7M and a successful IEO that closed in 90 seconds on the old FTX exchange, we spent 2 years developing our products and perfected them to become unique.
The platform for CEX was launched 1 year ago, while the one for DEX was launched 3 months ago.
We count among our partners all the important cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance, Huobi, Crypto. com, Coinbase, OkX, and Kucoin as well as many other crypto DeFi, trading, or NFT projects.
The platforms make money by charging commissions per transaction. The average commission for performance is about 6.5% while the platforms also receive commissions for trading, via our broker agreements with the exchanges or via our smart contracts directly.
The platforms are entirely developed in-house, and only certain trading algorithms are sourced from third parties.
Our interfaces are known to be easy to use and user-friendly.
There is a huge potential for applications and marketing to beginners for our CEX app and to DeFi users for our decentralized DApp.

Products & Services Overview
We have two platforms, one for centralized exchanges, and the other for trading on DEX.1. For CEX:
A. We offer a complete and all-in-one trading interface, which allows the user to connect their portfolios, and trade directly from our app.
B. Our main asset is our Algo Bot marketplace, which has dozens of professional algorithms free of charge and operates on a performance fee basis.
2. For DEX.
A. We have developed the only automatic and decentralized trading protocol that allows you to follow the signals of professional algorithms.
B. We offer staking and trading solutions and aim to develop leveraged trading solutions as well as futures trading.
As our products and solutions are numerous, this is a summary.
Assets Overview
We own intangible assets like platform infrastructure for two websites, their brand names, trading algorithms, and our own cryptocurrency.

We do not have any fixed charges or leases. The company is registered in Zug, Switzerland but the entire team operates remotely. The team member handling this transaction is based in Belgium.
Capitalization Overview
- We started with €500K in equity and we sold via ICO (legally approved by Finma KYC/AML process) for $1.7M in tokens UBXT, to develop all platforms and perform sales/use of our token and $1M of UBXT in Y+1.- We don't have any debt.
