- We are one of Ibiza's finest and well-reputed event management companies with 18 years of experience in providing luxury events for both private and corporate events. Our business conducts 50 events on an annual basis. We provide end-to-end services like venue booking, catering, decorations, sound/lighting and entertainment as well as travel logistics and guests accommodation.
- Our business targets the luxury market. We charge approximately EUR 500-1,000 per person for an event and a typical event lasts for 1-4 days.
- The business conducts events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, as well as corporate conferences, incentives, product launches & general celebrations.
- Within the company, we also own a furniture rental business that rents out decoration items & furniture required for an event.
- Besides that, we have developed a vast network of best suppliers to cater to all our client's requirements.
- Our business is seasonal. During the winter period i. e. (September to March), we are usually handling all the back-end and set-up related activities with our clients like menu deciding, food tasting and decorations while accepting booking for the upcoming year. From March to September, we organize and conduct all the events. Our clients pay 100% of the fees upfront over one month prior to the event.
- We also have a kitchen that is rented out to a food & beverage company that acts as an additional revenue stream for the business.
- We undertake bookings through our website and utilize digital media marketing to promote our business. We have an active Facebook page with 4,000+ likes.
