- Development company based in Vientiane which owns 60% stake in the Lao company and our Lao partner owns 40% stake.
- Land and the company is in Vientiane and I am currently based in Malaysia since I have other businesses.
- We want to sell our 60% stake to the sub land developers to develop the designed components for the project.
- Lao company has been granted 500 acres land concession and has received approval to develop the land with iconic tower, theme park, commercial & residential & educational hub.
- Based on the approved concept, the total development costs will be around USD 1 B and projected GDV is USD 1-2 Billion.
- The land ownership is registered in the company name but the land cannot be sold as it is unless it is being developed.
- All approvals and permit are in place.
- Our physical assets include 500 acres land.
