We also have a psychometric tool that was developed long back but will soon go online. This tool can be used for Organizational Development (OD) interventions that evaluate employee competencies, behaviors, and potential through simulations and interviews in corporates. The tool can also be deployed in schools and colleges and will help students decide career choices.
