- We have experience in land acquisition and land pooling with one of the greatest developer companies in India i. e. DLF.

- This business is in the process of getting registered.

- Our company has been the official land consolidator of DLF and has experience in acquiring more than 100 acres for just DLF among many more developers in New Chandigarh.

- We are currently working with all the prominent developers in New Chandigarh where the demand for residential plots is booming due to the great location in the foothills of Shivaliks, best health, and education facilities, and low density of population, proximity to Chandigarh, etc.

- We directly invest in land on the behalf of the investor in the New Chandigarh master plan after identifying and getting approval from the company which is operating in the specific area.

- And then we enter into a joint venture with these companies as a result of which we are allotted plots which are further sold in the market.

- The entire process from investing to the realization of profit takes 8-12 months. ROI starts from 60 percent p. a.

- The entire investment is 100 percent safe as the investor directly makes payment to the company or landowner as per the case with all the legal documents in their name and no payment transfer to any other party.

- The investor will be 100% owner of the property.

- Our business model is based on profit partnership i. e. 25 percent of the total profit after realization.

- Currently, we are looking for an investor to buy land of 1 acre in the New Chandigarh area.

- Our business has two partners with an equal stake in the company and has no outstanding liabilities.
