- Residential real estate construction company that constructs eco-friendly apartments & second/vacation homes.
- We started as a turnkey EPC contractor for other developers and executed 8-10 projects. Now, we are focusing on small residential construction projects and have completed 2 projects since last year.
- Currently, we have a project in the initial phase in Lonavla near Mumbai and are seeking investment to finish the project faster. We plan to construct 4 mini villas & also some stand-alone bungalows on an owned land parcel of 40,000 sq. ft. & other nearby land parcels that are in a gated community. To maximize profitability, we also plan to acquire adjoining land parcels of approx 20,000 sq. ft. and above to expand the project.
- The 4 mini villas will be suitable as vacation homes and will have shared amenities such as a garden and swimming pool. Each unit will have a 1,200 to 1,800 sq. ft. built-up area & stand-alone bungalows will have a 2,000 to 4,500 sq. ft. built-up area with a private pool, gym, home theatre & other amenities.
- We are currently in the initial phase which involves road construction for easier access, boundary marking & plot demarcation. We plan to resume construction in the next few weeks and the project is expected to be completed in 8-14 months.
- Revenue model: Post completion of the project, each mini villa will be sold for INR 0.95-1.45 crore & a stand-alone bungalow for INR 1.75 to 2.75 crore. We have already had bookings in hand for the sale of 2 Villas.
