- Pre revenue phase construction company based in Hyderabad.
- We are planning to start an apartment project for which we need funds to purchase the land.
- Land is already identified, it is located a few minutes away from ORR service road.
- Construction will be in 3 phases:
1) Pre-launch for construction amount seeding.
2) Post approvals.
3) Post construction to cover the complete cost of the project.
- It will have around 200 units and will be targeting upper middle income group, amenities with club house with all indoor and outdoor activities.
- Once we receive funds, it will take 2.5 years to complete the project.
- We have created a WhatsApp group for buyers and have 1,200 active buyers in the group looking for apartments. We also have a database of around 15K users who are looking for apartments in Hyderabad.
- Our assets include website, domain, database of buyers, and office equipment.
