- Have executed 50+ construction projects for residential and commercial/industrial clients. We have 2 ongoing projects for residential construction and renovation works.
- We have recently entered into real estate development and have 2 properties in Toledo City and Balamban. Have already purchased the land (2 hectares and 1.12 hectares respectively) and we need funds for completing the development.
- Balamban property will be developed into a 46-flat apartment complex with future plans for a 2-story commercial building.
- Toledo City property will be developed into a 63-flat apartment complex with clubhouse and swimming pool, and with future plans for a 3-story commercial building.
