- However, 20% is the maximum interest rate we are willing to pay, and also open to a loan for a lesser rate and longer tenure.

- We have secured our first contract worth INR 1.7 cr of construction work in Indian Oil Corporation Limited Terminal in M. P.- We are looking forward to starting our first real estate project by developing a residential society, registering it with all legal entities, developing our own warehouse network, and handling real estate assets to have management fees as one of our revenue streams.
- We will be developing 54,000 square feet of residential land. The land will be sold in size of 1,000 to 2,000 sqft plots.
- In the future, we are planning to expand into real estate asset management, build our own warehouse network around UP, and get into construction and leasing properties in metro cities.
