- Working on a project currently: affordable mass housing project in Kolkata which will have 10,000+ flats & 1,500+ Bungalows (2018 - 2028) on 200+ acre land.
- Stage 1 - 2500+ flats & 500+ bungalows (2018-2023)
- Stage 2 - 5000+ flats & 750+ bungalows (2021-2026)
- Stage 3 - 2500+flats & 250+ bungalows (2024-2029)
- Project will have construction of 1 BHK / 2 BHK / 3 BHK and Bungalows for LIG (Low Income Group) & MIG (Middle Income Group) people.
- All modern facilities and amenities.
- Club, School, College, Hospital, Market, Entertainment zone all adjacent to the project.
Present Status:
- Land acquisition of 75+ acres have been completed.
- Stage1: Phase - 1 Sanction received from statutory authorities. Selling launched in November 2018. Entire 610 units (540 flats & 70 Bungalows) sold in less than 6 months. Construction work started. Handover by December 2020.
- Stage1: Phase - 2 Sanction received from statutory authorities. Selling launched in July 2019. 871 units (720 flats & 151 Bungalows). Around 200+ booking in 2 months. Construction work will Start from November 2019. Handover by December 2021.
Stage1: Phase - 3 Project Planning under progress. Selling to be launched by January 2020. Construction work to start by April 2020. Handover by December 2022.
