We are looking to sell a fully operational premium resort that is located in the main area of Corbett National Park. It is on the main park road and is along the banks of river Kosi. The land is 6 and a half acres and is owned by the company. The resort has over 50 rooms including suites and deluxe rooms in 30 cottages of both double and single storey. There is also a reception, lounge, recreation hall, conference hall, 2 multi cuisine restaurants and a restaurant on the river deck, swimming pool, and gardens which can be used as wedding venues for 2,000+ people. There is also a staff cafeteria, dormitories, offices and store area for operation of the business. The occupancy rate of the resort is generally 50-65% and in the peak season which is October to April the average monthly revenue is INR 40 to 50 lakh. In other months the average monthly revenue is INR 25 to 35 lakh. There is also a HR power supply and tube well.
