Resort for Sale in Gajraula, India

- Resort and orchard on a property with an area of 91 bigha. The hotel occupies over 50 bigha and the remaining area consists of an orchard. We cultivate fruits such as mangoes and bananas at the orchard. Besides that, the orchard also has some decoration plants and flowers. The orchard contributes approximately INR 10,00,000 on an annual basis.
- The hotel is located near River Ganga amidst a beautiful and scenic location.
- Hotel has 20 spacious rooms along with 9 rooms to conduct cultural activities (village cooking and stitching). Rooms are non air conditioned with TVs and double beds. Besides that, we have a food court area with attached kitchen (400 pax). Currently, due to the ongoing pandemic, we only serve vegetarian food. We conduct banquet functions over here. Besides that, we have 2 conference hall, a large pool with rain dance facility, a generator, an expansive garden area, and 12 - 13 staff rooms.
- We charge approximately INR 3,100 per night and have an occupancy rate of 60% currently. Prior to the pandemic, it was 80% - 90%. As a result, run rate sales have fallen.
- The hotel also conducted 40 - 50 wedding events during the previous year.
- We also accept bookings through online portals like TripAdvisor.
- Our resort has an official website and a Facebook page with over 4,700 likes. We have also engaged in paid digital advertising for the hotel through Google Ads.
