We undertake road contracts to build bitumen roads for various Govt. agencies like Panchayat, PWD, Municipal Corporation & Nagarpalika. We also undertake private industrial road tenders. Our top selling products are various Bituminous hot mix items used for building roads like Bituminous Base Course, Bituminous Carpet, Semi-Dense Bituminous Course, Bitumen painting, Granular Sub-Base, Wet Mix Macadam, RCC, etc. The company owns multiple road construction machines, including 8 dumper trucks, 3 road rollers, 3 road paving machines, 1 sensor-based road paving machine, 2 excavators, 1 backhoe loader, 2 pickup vans, and a fully functional testing laboratory, along with other related machinery. The company currently has ongoing work orders worth approximately INR 10 crore, which will be transferred to the buyer as part of the transaction.
We intend to sell the entire business as a going concern, including current work orders in hand, retention amounts deducted from bills, plant and machinery, bank loans, receivables, payables, and all associated assets and liabilities.
The sellers are willing to provide handholding and operational support to the buyer for a period of three months following the completion of the sale. Both the manufacturing facilities are currently rented at Chikhli & Pardi in an area of around 1 acre each with a combined capacity of 100MT per hour. The firm has a number of compliance certificates necessary to bid and readily execute government road contracts which can take years to obtain. Hence the firm has considerable intellectual property apart from the physical assets. The business is currently funded with a mix of own capital and debt. We are currently availing cash credit & bank guarantee facility from a nationalized bank and a couple of term loans for working capital and machinery.
