We are manufacturing Brass Copper and Stainless steel strips and foils. Good market acceptance of products by reputed and regular customers such as Havells, Legrand, Indo Asian, Wipro Switchgears, Controls and Switchgear and Vendors of Auto Parts. We have good market hold and excellent rate orders for Copper and stainless steels. Radiator brass and terminals brass well accepted in market.

Plant is running at 80 TPM in excise free area in HP and managed from Delhi. Fully setup with all major equipment, staff, sales force, systems, procedures and software. Can do 120 to 200 tons production at good price benefit if sufficient working capital finance is there. Being in non excise we get very high value additions for brass and copper for non excise customers.

Loss of 5 Lacs per month. Unable to grow due to depleting working capital to buy raw materials. We are interested to partner with a suitable private investor to overcome shortage of working capital. Markets and margins are good. We are confident of 30- 40 % returns ( ROI ) on new investment and productions after this. a. China proposal
b. Production can be increased from 80 TPM at present to 200-240 TPM with current infrastructure
c. Can increase further to 400 TPM by small investments and internal accruals.
d. Excise package likely to be extended giving a big boost to units.
e. Hi margin products include copper foils for cable tape which should be developed and increased.
