Business Overview
- We are a hard mineral mining and water bottling company seeking funds to develop a solar farm project.
- The investment is into the business project and post-funding, we will be spinning a separate entity for the solar farm vertical. Investment into the core business will be dependent on the quality of the investment and the investor in question.
- We have two basalt mines with a total resource capacity of 5 million tons. We produce road stone and asphalt grits. Besides that, we also have a 3.4 million tons magnesium mine.
- Our water bottling plant can produce 3,000 half liter water bottles in an hour and we sell 100,000 bottles on a monthly basis.
- The efficiency of the mineral water source is 54,000 liters per hour and we provide high quality alkaline water (pH 8.2). The water bottles are sold under our registered brand.
- Business is currently generating PLN 800,000 approx on a monthly basis.
- We acquired a 40 hectares plot of land that has been divided into 4 smaller plots. There is a medium voltage power connection supplied to the plots.
- We plan to develop a solar farm project on this plot of land. The total size of this project will be 25 mW.
- Expected net income per mW is around PLN 500,000. Prices are guaranteed/fixed since it is a government contract.
- Land is fully prepared and we have acquired all the requisite licenses. Post funding, we can complete the entire project within 6 months.
