(3) For B2G (Business to Government)
We undertake government projects such as RWSS, OAIC, OREDA, OSIC, State Electric Board, TPCODL and agriculture projects, where we execute the project and seek reimbursement of payment from the respective department. We secure these projects either through the tender process or as an empaneled vendor. Currently, we are serving State Govt of Odisha.

Revenue and EBITDA are shown as zero for this proposal because the transaction does not involve the sale of a stake in the entire company, which has an annual turnover of INR 1.83 crore. The investment opportunity relates only to one specific project, and therefore the financials presented for the transaction are project-specific.

We have a large pipeline of government projects from OREDA, TPCODL, and OAIC. To execute multiple projects simultaneously, we are inviting HNIs and JV investors to participate on a per-project basis.

This proposal does not involve the sale of equity in the entire company. The investment is structured as a project-level partnership for a specific project.
