- Our company has two businesses in Sri Lanka - Car rental and taxi service. We have been in operation for the past 14 years.

- We have tie ups with 20 agents worldwide, who promote and list our business on their portals.

- The physical assets of the company includes vehicles, building and furniture, fixtures. This is part of the deal.

- Car rental:

- The company owns 70 vehicles, which we give out for rent to individuals and corporates. Out of this only 30 vehicles are included in the sale of the company.

- The cars are mostly Sedans and 4 wheelers. We operate throughout the country.

- We have a website wherein users can upload their details and rent a car. The car can either be picked up from the office, or it will be brought to user's place if its in the close proximity.

- 80% of our customers are acquired through online sources. Either through the website or through travel websites such as makemytrip. com.

- Tourists landing in Sri Lanka can make the booking well in advance and have their car at the airport on their arrival.

- Taxi Business:

- We also have a taxi business in Sri Lanka. The company owns 10 taxis.

- Our company has a tie up with an MNC for this business.

- The taxi service only provides transfer from airport to the hotel, and from the hotel back to the airport.
