Non-operational business, we used to produce knit and woven garments, as well as denim bottoms, with fully integrated facilities for knitting, dyeing, washing, printing, embroidery, packaging, and accessories. We also offer yarn dyeing and fabric processing services, catering mainly to export-oriented RMG buyers. - Physical and operational assets include: approximately 1,617 decimal of land within and around the boundary wall; around 754,789 sqft of built-up area across multiple multi-story and single-story RCC, steel and tinshed factory, warehouse and utility buildings; full composite knit garments factory with about 2,000 sewing machines (approximately 75 sewing lines for knit and 8 lines for denim bottoms with around 500 sewing machines), cutting, finishing and support facilities; circular knitting machines (about 62–84 units including Mayer & Cie and Taiyo brands) plus collar and cuff knitting machines; fabric dyeing capacity of around 30 tons per day; boilers (about 3 units, total 30 tons capacity); denim and non-denim washing facilities with capacity of roughly 15,000–20,000 pieces per day including dry process; sweater yarn dyeing facility with capacity of about 40,000 lbs per day; packaging and accessories units producing woven and printed labels, hang tags, elastic, twill, sewing thread, polybags, photo inlay and boxes, scotch/gum tape, cartons and related items; 2–2.2 MW Caterpillar gas generators; 14 individual air compressors (BOGE, Atlas Copco); high-pressure water pumps; REB electricity connection via own transformer; ETP plant; fire hydrant system covering the whole factory; laboratory equipment for fabric, yarn dyeing and washing tests; furniture, utilities and compliant infrastructure; internal roads, gardens and logistics facilities; security camp; multiple warehouses and godowns; and various supporting machines and equipment not exhaustively listed.

Buildings include multiple RCC and steel/tinshed structures: 8-storied (112,000 sq. ft), 14-storied proposed with helipad up to 6 floors completed (162,000 sq. ft), 9-storied (170,000 sq. ft), 5-storied (40,000 sq. ft), 3-storied dining building (8,649 sq. ft), several 1-storied and 2-storied godown/production buildings and dedicated ETP, boiler house, generator room, substation and chemical godown. The site has its own ETP system, internal roads, gardens, logistics infrastructure, security camp (Ansar), gas and REB electricity connections with about 1,250 KVA electricity and 2.175 MW gas generator capacity, plus high-capacity gas lines for different units. The company is backed by promoters and bank financing, carrying outstanding loans of about BDT 130 crore. It has four (4) directors in total, with 17% to 18% of shares split among three siblings, and the remaining shares owned by one individual.
