- Revenue model:
A. Transformer tanks and frames:
As an established company, we now have a set of clients from whom we receive continuous orders on a monthly and quarterly basis. Orders are floated to us via email, where we provide our quoted prices. If the customer is satisfied with the pricing and delivery schedule, we manufacture and supply the tanks and frames as per the purchase order terms and receive payment accordingly.
B. Public Sector Units (PSUs):
We participate in tenders, manufacture and install the required materials as per client specifications. We calculate our profit margins (generally between 10–15%) when submitting tenders. Payment is received based on the terms specified in the tender.
C. Steel structures:
For this category, both tendering and direct engagement with potential clients are applicable. We identify prospective clients, finalize deals, receive purchase orders, and supply materials accordingly, receiving payment as per purchase order terms.
Experience:
The promoter has been in this business for the past 12 years. Prior to this, he was employed in Cardiff, United Kingdom, at one of the country’s largest companies.
He possesses strong knowledge in business operations, including commercial aspects, client relationships, finance, administration, quality control, and production with a 90% order conversion rate.

Excellent relationships with all clients’ business heads, purchase heads, plant heads, IREPS, and civil servants.
2. Power transformer core frames – Also in high demand, as all transformer manufacturers require them, and this is a specialized task.
3. Steel bridges for Indian Railways – With heavy investment in railways, there is a huge requirement for skilled contractors.
4. Steel structures – Due to the ongoing infrastructure boom, steel structures are required across almost every industry and sector.
