- Commercial real estate development – We identify, acquire, and develop premium commercial properties in Bengaluru’s prime business districts. Our anchor tenants include corporate offices, retail chains, and institutional clients.
- Agritech & fresh produce distribution – An upcoming tech-enabled fruits & vegetables delivery platform supported by a centralized 9,000 sq ft processing hub. Target users include households, retail outlets, and HORECA customers.
- SME growth capital & advisory – We invest in and advise scalable SMEs, including a security services company with strong recurring revenue potential.
Our business model generates revenue through rental income, equity appreciation, management fees, profit-sharing, and deal-based commissions.

We are acquiring a prime commercial property site in Bengaluru to construct an 8-floor, Grade-A commercial building designed for premium retail and corporate leasing.
Expected monthly rental income post-stabilization: INR 60 lakhs.

Additionally, we operate a 9,000 sq ft commercial space for agritech operations including sourcing, sorting, packing, storage, and distribution. This facility is designed to support both retail and B2B fresh produce delivery channels. The business is currently 100% promoter-funded with no external institutional debt.
Ownership rests entirely with the promoter group.
We plan to onboard lenders and investors through structured debt backed by collateral, followed by refinancing or exit via rental income or asset monetization.
