Specializing in teak work for both homes and yachts owners on request. Physical assets include company building, which is 50% and the rest is machinery, vehicles and inventory. The company started 20 years back but we had to restart a year later after the Tsunami and the company been growing bigger every year with more investment.
We are now leasing the land of approx. 2,400 sqm where we built our work shop that is on 450 sqm under roof. and we are working on extending it another 120 sqm but not completed yet. Land is leased but the building is owned.
Location is Thalang, Phuket. The shareholding is as follows:
The owner - 49%
Spouse - 50.5%
The rest is owned by other family members.
