Our production facility in Catalonia spans 4,500 m² and is fully equipped with a high-performance production line from Randek AB (Sweden). It includes a CNC-controlled timber processing unit, three bridge cranes, and a comprehensive array of hand tools and small machinery (over 100 units) from Dewalt, including table saws, chop saws, and more.
The facility is leased under favorable terms with an option for renewal. Its efficient layout features five entry gates, enabling the clear separation of raw material delivery and finished product dispatch zones.
We also maintain a 400 m² office area within the facility, which includes a showroom. The production site holds a full inventory of raw materials to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
2. Office space in Lower Austria.
We operate a 150 m² executive office located near the Vienna border, designed to accommodate administrative and client-facing functions. It includes a co-working area for up to 10 team members, a meeting room, and a demo zone showcasing our prefabricated construction elements.
Both office locations are fully furnished and equipped with modern technology, including computers, printers, and essential office infrastructure.
