We are one of the first companies in India which provide live order processing services that deliver fish, chicken, mutton, eggs, pickles, and snacks. Over 5,000 customers use our services. On a daily basis, we receive around 30 - 35 orders, and during weekends we get around 200 orders. Our operations are currently limited to our city, but we are planning to expand soon. The customers can use our services through our website or download our application which is available for both android and IOS. We ensure fully hygienic services for our customers and provide environmentally friendly packing. Currently, we have a tie-up with 3 local meat sellers. The company has its own delivery agents and a delivery application. We have around 10 delivery agents.

- The unit manufactures briquettes (90 mm), which is an alternative for coal. - This material is used in many industrial boilers to produce less carbon emission in comparison to coal and with better efficiency. - Manufacturing plant has a capacity to produce 1,200 tons of briquettes per month with 2 machines operating and there is a scope of installation for 2 more machines. - The company has 5 clients of which one is Hindustan Unilever which is on a yearly contractual basis and the other 4 clients are on order to order basis. - There is a 100 KV of solar power plant installed, which provides electricity to the manufacturing unit.

- We manufacture fruit drinks for private labels and our manufacturing capacity is 7,000 litres per hour. - Have more than 10 big clients from South India including big organized retailers like Reliance, Spar, Metro, and Vishal Mega Mart. - We have 2 manufacturing units and only one of them is included in this transaction which is located in Chittoor. - Promoters have experience of more than 30 years in the industry and are ready to provide any assistance to the board even after the sale for a couple of months. - Our valuation is high as the business has 12% revenue growth rate per year.

- Our unit commenced production in January 2020 and produces strapping goods as per ASTM standards. - We achieved manufacturing capacity of 12,000 tons in 2020 but the plant has a capacity of 24,000 tons per annum of high tensile steel strapping and 36 million seals. - 85 percent of our revenue is from producing and supplying high tensile strapping and the rest is from regular duty strappings and seals. - We supply goods in the domestic market to Steel Authority of India (SAIL) & Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) along with over 120 small and large clients. All our products export to North America, Europe, Middle East, and Australasia as well. We hold no contract with these buyers but simply meet their purchase orders. - We are supplied with raw materials and working capital for production from JSW and Tata Steel. We possess no contracts with them either. - We have quality assurance laboratory established with computer controlled tensile, harness and corrosion testing machines. - Our company follows environment friendly practices by minimising emissions. We have tie-ups with 2 logistics firms for supply of products. There is no contract and the commission depends on the destination and volume. - The business invested heavily on building a suitable infrastructure during the first of operation due to which we did not exploit our complete production capacity nor did we take many purchase orders. This year due to a complete focus on production and increased demand, we increased our sales.
