    - We are a not-for-profit organization with an aim to relieve the deprived, sick, and aged of their health issues & make them hale & healthy. - Our organization has a total of 50+ senior doctors. - We also deal in the medical surveys that are done before the pre-launch of new biomedical formations. - This is a charitable trust fund co-operative hospital with the public interest as our main focus. - We are not a section 8 company but have 80G and 12A certifications. - The business has a total of 22,000 shareholders. - These shareholders have elected 17 directors and a chairman. Each of the directors has 1 voting right. - Business has outstanding liabilities worth INR 80 crore. - Our pre-Covid turnover was around INR 60 crore.
